Michael Maggio - President and Chief Executive Officer
Michael brings 25 years of enterprise software and networking experience to Newbury Networks.  Previous to joining Newbury, Michael served as President and CEO of NetMorf, Inc., one of the first software companies to define the wireless data platform space.  At NetMorf, Michael provided the overall vision, leadership, and direction for the company in securing customers such as Barnes&Noble.com, ClickCommerce, and Pivotal Software, as well as winning the Crossroads A-List award for Best Mobile Platform Company. Prior to NetMorf, Michael served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Segue Software, Inc. (Borland Software Corporation) where he helped transform a small software consulting firm with three full-time employees into a publicly-traded, global solutions company focused on automated software testing with annual revenues exceeding $50 million.  Previous to Segue, Michael managed and was part of software development projects at GTE Labs, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Siemens/Nixdorf Corporation.  Michael is a regular speaker at many technology and business events and has published dozens of articles ranging from software application design to wireless networking trends. Michael received his B.A. in Math and Computer Science from Stonehill College and his M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.

Kerry Kee - Vice President of Product Development
Kerry is responsible for all of Newbury Networks' product development, quality assurance and professional services efforts.  He brings nearly 20 years of engineering and product development experience from various enterprise software and storage management companies.  Prior to joining Newbury, Kerry was the VP of Product Development for Idiom Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of global content management solutions.  At Idiom, Kerry led the development efforts for the company's first global content management solution and next generation Java-based product infrastructure.  Previous to Idiom, Kerry served as Principal Engineer and Development Manager at HighGround Systems (Sun Microsystems).  Kerry worked on HighGround's enterprise-class storage resource management products and led the initial design and development for managing and monitoring database storage.  Before joining HighGround, Kerry served as a Senior Engineer in the open software group at EMC Corporation, where he contributed to the development of hierarchical storage management and backup products. Kerry holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University.

Rich Schillbach - Vice President of Sales
Rich brings 25 years of enterprise software sales and sales management experience to Newbury Networks and is responsible for directing company's global sales efforts.  Rich has held many sales management and sales-related positions for leading software companies, with experience ranging from developing and training new sales organizations to directing sales teams through successful IPOs.  Before joining Newbury Networks, Rich was vice president of sales at NativeMinds, a leading provider of next-generation customer relations solutions.  Prior to NativeMinds, Rich was vice president of eastern sales for Revenio, a CRM provider of automated direct marketing software.  Before Revenio, he was the vice president of eastern sales for eGain Corporation, where Rich grew the sales group from a six to 21-person sales team and increased gross revenues tenfold in one year.  Prior to eGain, Rich spent 13 years in at WebHire (formerly Restrac, Inc.) where he became national sales vice president for eastern U.S. and Canada.  Rich has a B.A. in Industrial/Labor relations from LeMoyne College.

Brian Wangerien - Vice President of Business Development
At Newbury Networks, Brian is responsible for the company's global business development functions.  Brian has 15 years experience in software development, product and project management, marketing and sales for enterprise software solution providers.  Prior to joining Newbury Networks in 2003, Brian was the director of product management at Xevo Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise security, management, and provisioning solutions.  At Xevo, Brian led the design and launch of XevoWorks, an innovative web based solution for securing and managing the Microsoft Windows platform.  Previous to Xevo, Brian was senior product manager for eRoom Technology, Inc. (EMC), a leading provider of web-based collaboration tools.  Prior to eRoom, Brian was senior engagement manager for Broadway & Seymour, Inc., a leading provider of CRM solutions to the financial services market.  Brian holds a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University.
